UCP Chemicals features a stable and transparent ownership and organizational structure in line with Western standards. UCP Chemicals AG serves as a holding company headquartered in Vienna. The board members of the holding and several members of the Supervisory Board also serve as members of the boards of directors of the subsidiaries, and are thus closely integrated in the management of the operating entities.
